Designed specifically for the recreation
and transportation fields, our Gel-Coat
has exceptionaly high UV distortion
factors which contributes signifcantly to
the shells' overall, long term durability.
Additional arctic foam insulation in the
side walls provides superior insulation
either in cold or warm climates.
Floors exceed FMVSS seatbelt pull
standards by 100% (2500 lbs required,
5000 lbs built and tested). Additional
support components are added in order
to maintain absolute integrity of the
form and structure. The single-piece
composte shell is mated to the chassis
using mechanical fasteners and
MMA/methyl methaccrylate (aka
Corvette Glue). This results in a
completely integrated vehicle, including
shell, floor, chassis and cab.
